Shipping
- We
ship worldwide.
- Products
will be shipped out within two business days after payment is received. Customers
with back-order will be notified immediately. Shipping confirmation number
will be given to you via email.
- We
use USPS for both domestic and international shipment. And we use UPS or Fedex
for domestic shipment only. Sometimes
shipping by UPS or Fedex offers lower rates on large or heavy (above 3 lbs.)
items. Please make sure to compare the shipping rates.
- You
will be responsible for the duplicate shipping cost for those packages returned
back to us due to insufficient addresses.
International
Buyers - Please Note:
- Import
duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
It's the buyers' responsibility to check with your country's customs office
for any possible custom fees.
- These
charges are normally collected by the delivery freight (shipping) company
or when you pick up the item - do not confuse them them with additional shipping
charges.
- We
do not mark merchandise values below the value of the products, not do we
mark items as "gifts" - US and International goverment regulations
prohibit such behavior.
Returns and Exchanges
30 Day Guarantee
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept your unused merchandise in its original condition within 30 days for a refund.
Return Authorization
- Please write to order@fansfashion.com with your order number to obtain a Return Authorization number. Please briefly explain the reason of returning.
Returning Your Item
- Please write the Return Authorization number and reason of returning on the copy of the receipt.
- Pack your merchandise in the original shipping box.
- Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice.
- Check
your e-mail. We will notify you by e-mail once your return has been processed.
Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately
7 business days to reflect this transaction.
- We cannot reimburse return shipping fee unless the product is defective on arrival.
Exchanging Your Item
- Please write to order@fansfashion.com with your order number to arrange for an exchange.
- Once we receive your item for exchange, we will send your new order at no additional cost. You will receive an e-mail containing the shipment tracking number when your new order is shipped.
