Shipping
- Products will be shipped out within two business days after payment is received. Customers with back-order will be notified immediately. Shipping confirmation number will be given to you via email.
- We use both USPS standard and expedited shipping services. The shipping rate can be calculated at check-out page after zip code is entered.
- For domestic orders, products usually take 4-10 business days to arrive at any domestic U.S. locations.
Returns and Exchanges
30 Day Guarantee
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept your unused merchandise in its original condition within 30 days for a refund.
Return Authorization
- Please write to order@fansfashion.com with your order number to obtain a Return Authorization number. Please briefly explain the reason of returning.
Returning Your Item
- Please write the Return Authorization number and reason of returning on the copy of the receipt.
- Pack your merchandise in the original shipping box.
- Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice.
- Check
your e-mail. We will notify you by e-mail once your return has been processed.
Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately
7 business days to reflect this transaction.
- We cannot reimburse return shipping fee unless the product is defective on arrival.
Exchanging Your Item
- Please write to order@fansfashion.com with your order number to arrange for an exchange.
- Once we receive your item for exchange, we will send your new order at no additional cost. You will receive an e-mail containing the shipment tracking number when your new order is shipped.
